3. Do you accept customization?
Yes. OEM & ODM are welcome. We can customize logo, color, body style, packaging and other details as per your request.
4. What’s your delivery time?
Sample order: 3-10 working days; bulk order: 15-25 working days, depending on quantity and customization.
5. Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. We provide 24 months warranty for the frame, engine, and motor. The battery, plastic parts, and others come with a 12-month warranty.
6. Can you provide certificates?
Yes, we can provide CE, EEC, CO and other related documents as needed.
