Do you accept to customize the vehicles as per our special request?
Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
What is your warranty term?
We provide 1 year warranty. For any failed part under warranty, if it can be repaired at your side at a lower cost than the part value, we cover the repair cost; otherwise, we send replacements and cover freight costs.
Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, as long as the order quantity is reasonable, we will accept OEM requests.
What are your terms to be your agent/dealer?
Basic requirements: firstly, experience in the electric vehicle business; secondly, the capability to provide after-sales service; thirdly, the capability to sell a reasonable volume of vehicles.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support via email and phone to assist with any operational or maintenance needs.
Do you provide after-service spare parts?
Yes, we provide all spare parts for our vehicles, even up to 5 years after production has stopped. We also supply a parts manual for easy selection.
