2. How do we guarantee quality?
We utilize one of the most advanced product testing centers in the industry. Quality is ensured through a consistent process: a pre-production sample is always created before mass production, and a final inspection is mandatory before shipment.
3. What products can you purchase from us?

5. What delivery and payment terms do we provide?
We accept various delivery terms including EXW, FOB, and CIF. Accepted payment currencies are USD and Euro. We primarily work with T/T and Credit Card payments. Our team is fluent in English and Chinese to facilitate smooth communication.
6. What is the standard payment process?
On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance to be settled before shipment. We also accept 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses. For specific arrangements, please consult with your individual sales manager.
