Please contact customer service to confirm details such as freight, product model, configuration, and quantity. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a Proforma Invoice detailing all selections.
2. What is the standard payment procedure and production lead time?
Generally, a 30% deposit payment to our bank account is required to begin preparing the products. The standard production cycle is approximately 10-15 days, which may vary depending on the total order quantity.
3. How is shipment managed and tracked after production?
After the product is completed and the remaining balance is paid, we will arrange for the freight forwarder to deliver the goods. If preferred, you may also arrange the freight forwarding transportation independently. Customer service will track the shipment and notify you as it approaches its destination.
